family is not an important thing, it's everything

A photograph says a lot, and these clearly show what it means to have a loving, caring, loyal family. I had so much fun with this shoot. They are such a beautiful family (inside and out), and I feel so blessed that they chose me to capture these special moments. Thank you so much P/K/P families!!! You are all amazing!

Ocean treasures left on the shore, Nature's gift to adore

Last week we took an amazing trip to Saint Augustine, Florida with all of Mike's family. Since we live so far away it is rare that we get the whole family together, so for us to get to spend 7 whole days with everyone......and on the beach......was an absolute dream! The ocean is so serene and really makes you appreciate nature and the simple things in life.

A New Title Holder

A few posts ago I gave a family the title of "easiest photo shoot", however, I think this family has taken over the title. This session was so quick and painless, but it was also so much fun. I think these pictures are so indicative of the way this family functions~~~~there is a lot of structure, but there is also a lot of fun, silliness, and tons of love between them.

Who's the Boss?

In most households, the husband and wife have this argument. However, in this household I think there is someone else who rules the roost. But can you blame her??? Just look at how adorable she is!

Simply Gorgeous

There is no other way to describe this couple. They are absolutely beautiful on the inside and out. And wait till you see their three stunning children! Talk about a blessed family~~~two of the most handsome little boys and one especially beautiful newborn baby girl.  Thank you so much "R" family for letting me do your family session. It was so wonderful to see you again and I wish that we had more time to get together. :-)

Easiest Photo Shoot Ever!

Seriously~~~~~this was the easiest photo shoot I have ever done! These two cuties are two of the happiest little kids I know and never stop smiling. It was such a treat to photograph this lovely family, not only because they were perfect subjects, but because they are one of the sweetest families I know.

Storytelling

The beautiful thing about photographs is that one picture can tell 100 different stories depending on who is looking at it and what perspective they have. When photographing this beautiful family, we can only imagine what they are talking about. But one thing is for sure...there is an immense amount of love and laughter between all of them.

Naughty or Nice?

With these three it's hard to tell! :-) But one thing is for sure...they are three of the most beautiful, silly, super fun kids I know! And their parents are pretty awesome too. :-)
